In-depth communication audit for Art Blanc, to clarify internal roles, align brand messaging, and structure future growth.
Audit
Art Blanc is a fast-growing hospitality group based in Brussels, active in nightlife, restaurants, and B2B events. The group manages several venues and experiences, blending culinary ambition with vibrant cultural energy.
The mission resulted in a 56-page custom report built from an in-depth analysis of Art Blanc’s communication structure, workflows, and strategic challenges. I developed a tailored questionnaire for different team roles (management, operations, creative, HR), and conducted interviews with over 10 key staff members. These conversations helped surface communication gaps, role confusion, and internal misalignments.
From there, I produced a detailed mapping of all communication tasks and responsibilities, followed by a restructuring proposal including clarified roles, new governance suggestions, recommended internal tools, and process improvements. The report also included visual diagrams and org charts, making the insights concrete and actionable. This type of mission combines strategic consulting, internal diagnostics, and operational structuring—ideal for fast-scaling companies facing growing complexity.
